How to recover a wrong-chain deposit

An asset sent to your address on the wrong chain is not automatically visible in Deploy Finance. Because the address belongs to you, you can recover it by accessing the wallet directly.

Steps​

  1. Export your Funding Wallet using Export your keys.
  2. Import the key into a compatible third-party wallet.
  3. Switch to the chain where the asset was sent.
  4. Confirm the asset and balance in that wallet.
  5. Bridge the asset back to Arbitrum manually.
  6. Wait for the USDC to arrive in Deploy Finance again.

Confirm the token and chain before bridging. If you cannot identify the transaction, collect its hash and use the official support route in Contact & links.
