How to recognize phishing

Treat an unexpected link, direct message, or urgent request as suspicious. Open the app by typing the known address or using an official bookmark. Check the domain before signing. Compare the wallet address, network, token, amount, and permission scope shown in the transaction.

If a message asks you to export a key, disable security, or send funds to “verify” an account, stop. Do not reply with sensitive information. Use Contact & links to find the official support route and include only safe diagnostic details such as a transaction hash.
