Income: Funding Rates Risks

The strategy has been designed to mitigate risks where possible. The execution and risk methodology developed by Jlabs Digital to manage risks for J-AI, which has managed up to $200 million in capital, goes into this and other Deploy.Finance agents.

Every trading strategy involves the inherent risk of loss, including a potential loss of funds. Specific risks to be aware of here:

  • All trades are currently performed through DEX exchanges such as Hyperliquid. Protocol failure might result in unexpected loss.
  • While the trading strategy aims to be delta neutral, market volatility can impact asset values and returns.
  • While funds are available 24/7/365, withdrawing during periods of peak volatility can result in slippage.
  • USDC is the only stablecoin, narrowing depeg risk to a covered stablecoin. While this risk remains, USDC has been operating since 2019 and has not yet experienced a depegging event greater than 3% during that period. Since May 2021, depegging has not exceeded 0.002%.
