What is Deploy.Finance?

Deploy.Finance is a new type of bank, one that leverages decentralized banking tools.

It's banking that begins with you via self-custody. From there, we provide solutions that were once only reserved to private banking clients in order to give you access to cutting edge wealth building solutions.

That's our primary focus - democratizing bank tools. From there, we're building a suite of services and solutions you've already come to expect at your typical bank such as savings accounts, spending cards, portfolio management, and more.

Deploy.Finance is enabling decentralized banking for the everyday use.

Wealth building solutions happen with our agents that get deployed in just a few clicks. They handle everything from fixed-income strategies and risk management to cross-chain execution, all while you remain in control.

Deploy.Finance agents work 24/7/365 across Ethereum, Solana, Arbitrum, and Hyperliquid. No onchain vaults, no centralized platforms, no exposure to non-covered stablecoins. Just smart execution, backed by verifiable and transparent results.

These agents aren’t random strategies. They’re professionally curated by Jlabs Digital, a team that's been building institutional-grade execution systems in the digital asset industry since 2018. Our infrastructure has powered over $200 million in active strategies during the most volatile crypto events.

You hold the keys—literally. Your funds stay in your wallet, your private keys are yours to export anytime, and revoking agent access can happen with a click. There are no compromises on sovereignty when it comes to your financial journey.

Deploy.Finance isn’t a vision for something in the future—it’s here.

Whether you’re diversifying risk or chasing yield, Deploy.Finance agents are here to do the heavy lifting while you focus on what matters most: time and financial freedom.

Deploy.Finance is not just an app. It’s the future of banking.

What are Deploy.Finance Agents?

Each Agent is designed and developed by quants, researchers and developers at Jlabs Digital.

Each agent is rigorously tested. For example. the Income:Funding Fate agent ran for six months in various market conditions before being released. The strategy ran as intended on an asset with a historical volatility of 190 and multiple three sigma events.

Agents are written with a defined trading strategy and deployed in a distributed operating environment.

Agents interface with various blockchain based infrastructure to perform their functions, such as Privy for creating wallets and signing transactions (e.g. delegation of a wallet) and Decentralized Exchanges (e.g., Hyperliquid) for trading.

Deploy.Finance agents interact with wallets via session keys, made possible through “smart EOAs” (EIP-7702) and “smart contract accounts” (ERC-4337).

What is Income:Funding Rates? The Delta Neutral Agent

Income: Funding Rates (Dynamic Delta Neutral Onchain Strategy) is the flag ship agent and strategy on Deploy.Finance. It targets stablecoin returns by leveraging Jlabs Digital propriety research, execution and model development.

Three factors mean you're seeking superior performance:

First, the strategy is dynamic.

They scale in/out depending on liquidity and funding rates.

The agent will also look for the best coins/markets to harvest funding rate while also accounting for market volume, liquidity, and risk. This means it won’t position an account on a smaller token.

Second, it is capital efficient.

Most delta neutral strategies only harvest about 40-50% of the funding rate due to a few factors such as scaling in/out, slippage, market conditions, and capital ineffeciency. Delta neutral means holding spot and a similar position within a short position. This means the position gets paid funding rates on the short. Deploy.Finance captures more than 75% of that funding rate due to superior execution, position management, and using a 3x risk managed short position. If the short gets stopped out, the entire position enters USDC to maintain a neutral portfolio.

Three, it's fully autonomous.

The Income: Funding Rates agent is automatically linked to the wallet once it's created and the agent deployed.

There are no extra steps needed once funds are deposited and deployed. All execution and risk management steps are fully autonomous, with zero manual actions taken by the Jlabs Digital team or any.

We plan to build direct fiat onramps to improve this even further.

How Privy Enables Deploy.Finance Wallets

Deploy.Finance's wallet infrastructure is enabled by Privy.io, a leading class solution provider of authentication and wallet infrastructure.

Privy builds authentication and wallet infrastructure to enable better products built on crypto rails. Get started in minutes to onboard users with wallets, spin up self-custodial wallets for users, and securely sign transactions through your app.

Deploy.Finance's agents and infrastructure leverage Privy's to generate wallets with private keys and sign transactions to complete delegation and withdraw activities.

Below is a description of the private key generation process and key management from Privy's documentaiton.

Privy's Private Key Generation Process

Privy generates private keys using distributed key sharding with Shamir's Secret Sharing (SSS), splitting each key into encrypted shares stored across separate security boundaries.

The process involves:

  • Three share types: Device/enclave share (stored on user's device/TEE), auth share (stored by Privy), and recovery share (user-managed or Privy-backed).

  • Open-source cryptography: Uses the audited shamir-secret-sharing library, the most widely used open-source Typescript implementation of SSS.

Privy's Key Management Architecture

Privy's key management architeture has several layers to mitigate risks associated with storage and retrieval.

  1. Secure Assembly: Private keys are only temporarily reconstructed within secure execution environments when exactly two shares are present.

  2. Storage Isolation:

    • Web clients: Device share stored in browser's domain-partitioned local storage.

    • API integrations: TEE (Trusted Execution Environment) acts as remote device

Learn more about Privy's process for key generation and management .

Privy's Session Management

Privy enables secure delegation of Deploy.Finance's smart wallet activities through session keys using a combination of cryptographic controls and trusted execution environments.

Here's how this is implemented:

  1. User consent initiation You submit a request (such as "Delegate funds to DD NOS), triggering a delegation request requiring explicit user approval through Privy's client SDK. This generates a cryptographic proof of consent stored on-chain or in secure storage.

  2. Key provisioning Privy's API creates a session key pair within a Trusted Execution Environment (TEE), splitting the private key using Shamir's Secret Sharing:

    • One share stored in the TEE

The session key remains active, allowing the agent to autonomously execute trading activities until you revoke access.

Learn more about Privy's security architecture .

.
  • Export Controls: Private key exports require explicit policy permission via HPKE-encrypted API1.

  • One share encrypted with user credentials
  • One share held by Privy's infrastructure56

  • Secure key assembly When needed, the session key is temporarily reconstructed in the TEE using HPKE-encrypted API calls.

    What is a Deploy.Finance Wallet?

Deploy.Finance relies on wallet architecture to allow you to fund and enable agent trading in a self-custody manner.

Deploy.Finance wallets are non-custodial (you retain your keys, similar to Metamask or Phantom) and are enabled through account abstraction, a process that generates and links a private key to the email address you provide.

This design differs from centralized platforms or smart contracts.

Additionally, Deploy.Finance wallets are enabled only for agents on the Deploy.Finance platform. Deploy.Finance agents are not available to integrate with 3rd party wallets, such as Metamask or Phantom.

    Funding vs Agent Wallets

Two different wallet types are used to operate an agent on Deploy.Finance: Funding Wallet and Agent Wallet.

When you create a wallet with an email address, Deploy.Finance creates a Funding Wallet and the associated private key ( ).

Funding wallets are associated with your public receiving address and are used for private key signature activities needed for deploying or revoking agents. This public wallet address is visible on blockchain explorers (Arbitrum, Hyperliquid, etc.).

Agent Wallets are where trading happens.

Through the delegation process ( ), the agent wallets are created and funds from the funding wallet are delegated to the these wallets. Agents are delegated discreet permissions to trade and check balances only (no transfer capabilities).

The graphic below depicts how a Deploy.Finance wallet is created, funded, and delegated to enable agent trading.

You can audit activity in these wallets by going through transaction detail displayed in Deploy.Finance ( ).

    Embedded vs Smart Wallets

Funding and Agent wallets use a combination of smart and embedded wallet implementations.

    Embedded Wallets (EW)

EW are user-controlled EOAs (Externally Owned Accounts) with a private key that enables full-custody of funds at all times over the embedded and associated smart wallets.

EW are designed for seamless, app-integrated user experiences by abstracting away blockchain complexities and enabling easy onboarding through familiar authentication methods (e.g. email and security code). These wallets are not inherently programmable beyond basic wallet functions.

    Smart Wallets (SW)

SW are contract-based wallets that offer advanced functionality and are automatically generated for users once they have an embedded wallet.

SW support features like multi-signature, key rotation, social recovery, and custom transaction logic, making them more flexible and secure for power users and complex applications.

The private key associated with the embedded wallet control the activities delegated and performed in the smart wallet.

    FAQ

    Q. What's the minimum investable amount?

Right now, the recommended minimum trading amount is $100 USDC. This amount is primarily capital with some allocation for payment of processing fees (bridging between chains, etc.).

Ther maximum amount to allocate to Income: Funding Rates is $50 million for an individual account. If you seek to deposit more, please reach out to Jlabs Digital for enterprise and treasury management solutions related to delta neutral strategies.

    Q. What is the cost of the service?

has no monthly cost or upfront fee. The agents generate revenue from a combination of trade fees and referral fees that makes this solution less than major exchanges.

    Q. What's the minimum holding period?

There is no minimum holding period for the funds in Deploy.Finance. However we hope you expect to try Deploy.Finance for at least one month to allow time for trades and position rebalancing to play out.

    Q. How can I withdraw my funds?

You can withraw funds following the instructions here

Funds are always under your control and can be withdrawn 24x7x365. We suggest aligning withdrawals with periods of low volatility to minimize slippage.

At present, funds must be withdrawn in a lump sum. The roadmap includes an ability to remove amounts less than the total balance.

    Q. How do I access my funds if Jlabs Digital goes away?

Your funds are 100% under your control and available for withdrawal at any time. In the event Jlabs Digital no longer exists, you can export your keys and move control to a 3rd party wallet, such as Metamask..

    Q. Does Deploy.Finance hold my keys?

No, this is a self custody wallet and Deploy.Finance does not custody your assets. The use of account abstraction technology allows the wallet to assign Deploy.Finance session keys, similar to an API connection on an exchange. The API keys grant trade only functionality. The wallet whitelists Uniswap, 1inch, and several other DEXs for Base and Ethereum, and Jupiter/Raydium/Orca for Solana as protocols Deploy.Finance can interact with. This means Deploy.Finance cannot send assets to another wallet or even to non-whitelisted protocols. We do plan to enable other non-DEX protocols in the future, but an announcement would be made beforehand.

Learn more about private key management here

    Q. Where can I find my ETH, Base and SOL wallets?

To access your ETH, Base and SOL wallets, please click on “V1.0” in the left-hand navigation panel. This will open the V1.0 interface of Deploy, where wallet details are available.

    What are Deploy.Finance Risks?

While risks are rarely eliminated, Deploy.Finance mitigates multiple risks through it's design.

    • Deploy.Finance is onchain and self-custodial, eliminating risks associated with centralized exchanges. This means improper management of e-mail or a wallet could cause similar loss of funds that can happen with any wallet or self-custodial soluiton in the market.

    • Deploy.Finance uses technology called "account abstraction" to create a unique wallet ID (similar to a seed phrase), associated with your email address and delegates to agents via session keys. While the system running the agents is distributed and battle-tested in eveyr major market event since 2018, the chance for system wide failure is a possibility. This would mean agents could become unresponsive for a short window.

    Income: Funding Rates Risks

The strategy has been designed to mitigate risks where possible. The execution and risk methodology developed by Jlabs Digital to manage risks for J-AI, which has managed up to $200 MM in capital goes into this and other Deploy.Finance agents.

Every trading strategy involves the inherent risk of loss, including a potential loss of funds. Specific risks to be aware of here:

    • All trades are currently performed through DEX exchanges, such as Hyperliquid. Protocol failure might result in unexpected loss.

    • While the trading strategy aims to be delta-neutral, market volatility can impact asset values and returns.

Funds are held with the wallet, not a vault or smart contract. This eliminates the potential for rug pools or honey pot attacks. However, protocol risks can occur via malicious actors that might look to manipulate market prices in their favor.

While funds are available 24x7x365, withdrawing during periods of peek volatility can result in slippage.
  • USDC is the only stablecoin, narrowing depeg risk to a covered stablecoin. While this risk remains, USDC has been operating since 2019 and has not yet experienced a depeging event greater than 3% during that period. Since May 2021, depegging has not exceeded .002%.

    Private Key Management

Deploy.Finance uses Privy.io ( How Privy Enables Deploy.Finance Wallets) to generate and store a private key for an embedded wallet that is assigned to your email address, giving your full custodial ownership of funds and agent delegation.

Below is a description of the Private key generation process from Privy documentation:

    1. User Authentication: When you sign up with an email, Privy generates a cryptographic seed phrase deterministically from the authentication credentials using secure hashing algorithms.

    2. Key Derivation: Privy uses industry-standard key derivation functions (like BIP-39/BIP-44) to create a private key from this seed, ensuring each email maps to a unique wallet address.

    3. Secure Storage: The private key is encrypted client-side using HPKE (Hybrid Public Key Encryption) before storage, with decryption only possible by the authenticated user.

Privy implements smart contract wallets (ERC-4337 for Ethereum) that separate authentication from transaction authorization. The email serves as an authentication factor while the private key remains under user control.

You can use your email address and security code emailed to your account to access Deploy.Finance and authorize delegation activities.

Alternatively, you can export your private keys for full ownership ( ).

    Withdraw Funds

When you choose to withdraw funds from Deploy, the system must first unwind any active positions linked to your wallet.

    🧮 How Withdrawals Work

When withdrawing from an actively deployed position, Deploy automatically performs a force close of all open trades to free up your capital.

    Here’s the full sequence:

    1. Your short position is closed on Hyperliquid.

Your spot holdings are sold in full.

  • The proceeds are then transferred from Hyperliquid to your Funding Wallet on Arbitrum. Hyperliquid may take a few minutes to process it.

  • Once funds are received in your Funding Wallet, you can withdraw to any external Arbitrum wallet at any time.

  • ⚠️ Important Notes

    • Market impact: Force-closing positions may result in minor variations in your final balance due to slippage, funding rate adjustments, and trading fees paid to Hyperliquid.

    • Self-managed option: You can always export your wallet and manually unwind or transfer assets yourself.

    Export Private Key

    Delta Neutral 101

"Delta-Neutral" describes trading strategies that hold a mix of long and short positions that offset each others price movements, making the overall position less impacted to small price fluctuations in the underlying assets.

For example, you could buy 1 Bitcoin and sell a short futures contract for 1 Bitcoin. If Bitcoin declines in value, the short futures contract increases in value, offsetting the price decline.

The trade can be structured in various ways to seek profit.

For example, in funding rate arbitrage (similar to the example above), you hold Bitcoin and sell a short perpetual futures contract, earning a profit from the positive funding rate that is paid to hold the short position.

Generally speaking, funding rates remain positive for extended periods of time because market participants expect future prices to be higher than current prices, leading to futures contract prices being higher than current asset prices. This market pattern is referred to as "Contango".

How the Deploy.Finance Agent Executes the Strategy

This walkthrough breaks down exactly what happens after you activate Deploy.Finance’s Income: Funding Rates delta neutral strategy (Income: Funding Rates). If you’ve already deposited funds, this is what’s going on behind the scenes.

    1. Deposit funds into Deploy.Finance.

    2. Deploy.Finance allocates 75% to the spot market to long $HYPE.

    3. The remaining 25% backs a 3x short position in perpetual futures.

    4. Agent confirms permissions, executes orders, and applies stop-loss.

    5. Yield is earned through funding in USDC.

    6. When market conditions shift, the agent rebalances positions automatically.

    7. This strategy is fully autonomous. Pure yield, 24/7/365.

Watch the full video to see how rebalancing works in real-time and learn the exact tools needed.
