The agent will also look for the best coins/markets to harvest funding rate while also accounting for market volume, liquidity, and risk. This means it won’t position an account on a smaller token.

Most delta neutral strategies only harvest about 40-50% of the funding rate due to a few factors such as scaling in/out, slippage, market conditions, and capital ineffeciency. Delta neutral means holding spot and a similar position within a short position. This means the position gets paid funding rates on the short. If the short gets stopped out, the entire position enters USDC to maintain a neutral portfolio.
